1. Return Period

In compliance with EU consumer legislation—where applicable—and to ensure customer satisfaction worldwide, Forishalk generally grants a return window that may extend up to 14 days from the date of receipt for standard right-of-withdrawal reasons or up to 30 days in cases of item defect or error. The exact return window applicable to your purchase will be displayed during checkout or stated in your email confirmation.

2. Eligible Items for Return

- Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Some product categories may be exempt from standard returns in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU or other relevant local consumer-protection laws.
- Returns are free of charge to you, and shipping costs associated with returns are covered by Forishalk, provided the return request adheres to the timeframes and conditions stated herein.

2. Pack & Label: Securely repack the item(s) in the original packaging or an equivalent protective package, ensuring all tags and documents remain intact.

4. Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to verify eligibility (original condition, no damage). If the return is validated, we will proceed with the requested remedy.
In some regions (including certain US states or Swiss cantons), consumer-protection rules may impose different or additional requirements (e.g., longer return windows or specific warranty obligations). Where such local laws conflict with or exceed our stated policies, the provisions of those local laws will take precedence. Otherwise, this Policy applies in full.

Refunds
