SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Shipping regions

We ship worldwide, including Switzerland, the UK, the EU, and the USA. Orders are prepared and shipped by reliable logistics providers.

2. Processing time

Each item typically undergoes a preparation or handling phase (2 to 5 business days) before shipping. This includes product validation, quality checks, and packaging.
Pre-order: A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-ordered items are shipped upon arrival at the warehouse within the timeframe indicated on the item's purchase page. In the event that pre-ordered merchandise fails to be delivered, Forishalk will promptly notify and refund customers. Forishalk will not be held responsible for a delay in shipping caused by circumstances beyond Forishalk's control that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time indicated on the product's purchase page. In pre-orders, credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. Pre-ordered items will be shipped after the items are available in stock.

3. Estimated delivery times

- Switzerland : Depending on the type of item, delivery is generally estimated between 3 and 10 business days after processing.
- European Union : Most items are delivered within approximately 2 to 8 business days after processing, depending on the destination country.
- United Kingdom : Shipping times vary between 2 and 7 working days after processing.
- United States : Delivery may take approximately 3 to 14 business days after processing, depending on the item type and region.

4. Shipping costs and free delivery threshold

- Shipping costs : Calculated based on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout (express or standard).
- Free delivery : Offered if your order total exceeds a specified threshold or meets specific promotional criteria. The threshold and applicable conditions will be indicated during the ordering process.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on the destination and applicable local regulations, additional charges (e.g., customs duties, import taxes) may be incurred. In some cases, Forishalk or its logistics partners may cover these charges; otherwise, they may be payable by the customer. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are clearly indicated at the time of payment or in subsequent communications, if applicable.

6. Tracking your delivery

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped and you will be notified by email, or SMS, of delivery details.

Returns

1. Return period

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, where applicable, and to ensure customer satisfaction worldwide, Forishalk generally allows a return period of up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the standard right. reasons for withdrawal or up to 30 days in the case of a defect or error. The exact return window applicable to your purchase will be displayed at checkout or indicated in your email confirmation.

2. Items eligible for return

- Items must be in original, unused condition and all tags and packaging must be intact.
- Certain product categories may be exempt from standard returns in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU or other relevant local consumer protection laws.
- Returns are free for you, and the shipping costs associated with returns are covered by Forishalk, provided that the return request meets the deadlines and conditions stipulated in this document.

3. Return Process

1. Start a request : Contact our support team via Contact Us or use the dedicated returns portal on our website .
2. Package and Label: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging, ensuring that all labels and documentation remain intact.
3. Return : Depending on your country, we will provide you with additional instructions or a prepaid return label (if applicable).
4. Inspection : Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected for eligibility (original condition, no damage). If the return is validated, we will proceed with the requested repair.
In some regions (including certain U.S. states or Swiss cantons), consumer protection rules may impose different or additional requirements (for example, longer return periods or specific warranty obligations). Where these local laws conflict with or exceed our policies, the provisions of these local laws will prevail. Otherwise, this policy applies in full.
