Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to and how quickly?

We ship worldwide except for a few countries. After a quality control check of 2 to 4 working days , delivery takes on average:

France and Switzerland, at home, Monday to Saturday, within 3 to 7 working days.

Please note that sometimes independent circumstances may cause delivery delays, either during periods of high demand or to remote areas.
*Estimates excluding public holidays.

How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery for orders over €200/CHF/£200. Below this threshold: fixed fees
- France : €3
- Switzerland : 4 CHF
- United Kingdom : £4

Can I choose an Express option?

Yes, if your address is eligible, the Express mode and its price appear automatically before payment.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Updates are added in real time. You can also log in and find it under "Orders."

Change my address after validation?

Contact us immediately (Contact form, order number provided) via Customer Service (order number provided). We will do our best until the package leaves the workshop. After this time, changes are no longer guaranteed.

Delivery incident

Damaged package or damaged part?

Take a photo of the packaging and the item, keep everything, then send it to us within 30 days:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Precise description of the problem

We will offer replacement or refund upon receipt of the items. Customer Service .

There is a missing part in my package

If you ordered multiple items from different categories, your parts may not arrive at the same time. (The delivery date of the parts is mentioned on each product description)

Otherwise, please provide the missing reference + your order number via Customer Service . Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

I received the wrong item

Send us:

  • order number
  • photos of the defect or incorrect reference
  • name of the expected article

We validate the exchange or refund within 24 working hours.

Returns & Refunds

How to initiate a return?

  1. Access our Returns Portal (link in your confirmation email).
  2. Select the items, indicate the reason.
  3. Download the prepaid label and follow the steps displayed.

We will respond to you within 24 hours.

How long does it take to change your mind?

24 hours for a “change of mind” return.
30 days to report a quality defect.

Are returns free?

Yes, when the items meet our conditions (see next question).

What conditions must returned items meet?

• New, unwashed.
• Original labels and packaging intact.

When will I be reimbursed?

After inspection (≈ 3-5 business days), the refund is made to your payment method within 2 business days, you may receive the refunded amount in your bank account after several days depending on your bank . A confirmation email is sent to you.
